Under the quality standards set by AGX, we deliver products through a consistent management system from manufacturing at Thai factories to shipment to distributors in Japan and ASEAN countries.
Roles and structure of each company
Owns the trademarks and intellectual property of product brands “AGX BioGuard” and “AGX BioGuard ZERO MOLD BOARD.” Responsible for establishing quality standards and providing technical guidance to manufacturing partners, and managing business for the Japanese market and supplying paint (Kabin Coat T).

As a specialized manufacturing factory in Thailand, responsible for manufacturing AGX BioGuard ZERO MOLD BOARD based on AGX quality standards. Handles everything from application of antibacterial coating (Kabin Coat T) to packaging consistently.

Based on quality specifications established by Japan AGX, manufacturing is managed consistently from gypsum board base production to Kabin Coat T application process. Quality records for each manufacturing lot are shared with AGXT.
Standard specification (9.5mm) has aluminum foil back surface processing applied to block moisture intrusion. Structure specialized for high humidity environments (Okinawa, food factories, etc.). The 6.5mm renovation version is without aluminum back surface.
AGXT (administrator), JBT (main distributor), and Gypman Tech (manufacturing factory) are connected through a system that enables real-time sharing of order-receipt and inventory status.
Gypman Tech has exhibition experience in Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and supports AGXT’s ASEAN development through sample provision and booth cooperation for the ASEAN market.

Japan Brain Thailand (JBT) is the main distributor that consistently handles everything from finished product management to export to Japan and third countries. Including emergency response capabilities, JBT serves as a key pillar of stable supply.
